Service description

Moigioi.ai provides two main services:

• AI Academy: Online courses teaching how to apply AI in real estate brokerage.
• AI Video service (DFY): Our team produces done-for-you real estate marketing videos on request, delivered in 24 hours.

Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Billing & subscriptions

For monthly AI video subscription plans:

• Payments are processed automatically via Stripe at the start of each billing period.
• You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Unused videos in a month do not roll over to the next month.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Course access

When you purchase a course, you receive:

• Lifetime access to the course content.
• The right to apply the knowledge to your personal work.
• You may not share, copy, or redistribute course content to others.

DFY video service terms

When using the video service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property.
• Videos are delivered within 24 hours after the brief is confirmed.
• Each video includes up to 3 revision rounds (varies by plan).
• You own the usage rights to delivered videos for personal marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on the Moigioi.ai platform (including courses, templates, AI tools) is the intellectual property of Moigioi.ai or its licensors. Videos produced for you are licensed to you for real estate marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Share your account or course content with third parties.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Submit false property information in video requests.

Limitation of liability

Moigioi.ai provides services "as-is". We are not liable for:

• Sales results from using our videos or course knowledge.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
