Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Moigioi.ai services. Below is our refund policy for each service type.

AI video subscription plans

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You can cancel your plan at any time via the Billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds for the remaining time in the current billing period.
  • Videos delivered before cancellation remain yours to use.

Courses

For purchased courses:

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • After 7 days or once you have completed more than 20% of the content, refunds are not available.
  • Free courses are not eligible for refunds.

DFY video service (one-time orders)

For one-time video orders:

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested before production begins.
  • Once production has started, refunds are not available, but you may request revisions per your plan.
  • If the delivered video does not match the brief and revisions cannot resolve the issue, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email hello@moigioi.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • A description of the service to be refunded (subscription, course, or DFY order).
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
